Cholula pyramid & Puebla

You need to take the bus from Tapo (bus station)

To get to TAPO:
From Zocalo -
take the blue line Metro to Pino Suarez,
then
take the pink line in the Pantitlan direction
get off at San Lazaro -
Tapo bus station is just above it.

To return to Mexico City:
You must taxi from #Cholula to The #Puebla city
Then take either ER or ADO back. 
ER (bus company) is 172 pesos,
ADO bus is 190pesos.

Leave from Puebla (you have to)：
it took less time than leaving from TAPO to Cholula
(on “intermedio line”，
there IS a direct line
it only costs a little more).
So maybe you could go to Cholula from Mexico city
by going to Puebla 1st,
then taxi from Puebla to Cholula.
